Once purchased, you will automatically gain access to a members only page designated by whichever program subscription you chose.
Imbedded in these members only pages is a downloadable PDF link, within that link, contains your program.
The PDF link is updated on the 1st day of each month no later than 10:00 AM CST.

Yes and No.
Based on your prior experience, ability level, and rules of the body’s adaptivity, you may see progression within the first 4 weeks.
However, our subscription programs are actually mid/long-term training regimens that are designed to peak the individual every 3-6 months.

You cannot expect to reach your full potential by improperly fueling your body.

We at HoldFast understand that most of our clients using our services all have normal life stresses and it is absurd to think we can be spot on in our training and nutrition 100% of the time. Heck even accomplishing it 70% of the time is astonishing.
Life will always have ups and downs, and for most of us our training regimen and nutrition seam to lack during the tough seasons. That is ok.
During your ups train diligently, properly fuel your body, sleep well, and drive your progression forward. During your downs, train when you can, maintain your diet the best you can, and know that this season in your life will resolve, you will rise again.
