Remote Training
One on One remote training is built and tailored to each individual’s ability, endurance, schedule, available equipment, goals, and other mitigating factors. This allows us to best prolong and prevent the risk of injury and burnout, therefore increases efficiency and progress.
HoldFast trainers perform the allotted check-ins with the client, however the clients trainer’s contact methods will always be available for any questions/concerns. *Please allow 24-48 hours for response.
HoldFast requires a release of liability waiver, along with a brief medical history, and work/life description. Once purchased, the client will receive these forms within 2 business days via E-mail. Within these documents the client will explain their goals, and give a self-interpretation of their own ability and skill level. This will help HoldFast pair the individual with the trainer that best fits their needs.
Once ALL documentation is filled out and submitted back to HoldFast HQ, your personal trainer will contact you within 48 hours via e-mail to begin your training.
